[2025.01.23] Kumamoto Onsen Ryokan Family Trip, Day 1 - A Day at Yumeoiso in Aso

We planned a five-day, four-night trip to Japan: two nights at a hot spring ryokan, then two nights in Fukuoka. It was our first trip to Japan with both kids, so I was half excited and half nervous. Spoiler: day one beat every expectation. Dawn at Incheon Airport Before sunrise we parked in the long-term lot at Incheon Airport Terminal 1. If you don't tap, you keep going the way you were going, so all you're memorizing is where to turn. Left and right sound different, so after a few runs the route sticks in your head like a tune. Everyone runs the same route The route changes every season, and during a season the whole world runs the same one. Whatever you're memorizing, everyo...
